My name is Brian and I began playing drums and percussion at a young age and quickly discovered my passion for music! Currently I maintain a regular performance schedule on both drums and the accordion, playing many different genres from symphony orchestras to musical theatre and beyond. I’ve been teaching drums and Percussion from my home base in Los Angeles, California for the last eight years where I take pride in helping students accomplish their musical goals.
I had the privilege of attending the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University where I hold a Bachelor of Music in orchestral Percussion. I also had the privilege of studying drumset with Dave Elitch (Mars Volta/ Miley Cyrus). I am currently the drummer for the progressive rock band Chickenbox and the accordion player for the German Polka Band Die Sauerkrauts.
